About The Position
We're looking for a Licensed Route technician to service our client's homes with our leading-edgeproducts and provide a positive customer service experience. This role offers a predictable schedule, steady customer base, and the opportunity to deliver top‑tier service using industry‑leading products.
Requirements
- Active operational pest control license
- Experience servicing 200+ customer accounts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied environments
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S.
- Must be 21+ (insurance requirement)
Responsibilities
- Service customer homes and inspect properties for pest activity
- Identify pests and apply appropriate treatments safely and professionally
- Build strong relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional appearance
- Participate in ongoing training and licensing requirements
