Requirements
- Previous window cleaning experience preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Comfortable working on ladders and using extension poles
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods

Responsibilities
- Clean windows on low-rise buildings (3 stories and below) using traditional and water-fed pole methods
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance on job sites
- Use ladders and other approved equipment safely and effectively
- Identify and report any safety hazards or building concerns
- Communicate with clients and team leads in a professional manner
- Maintain tools and equipment and ensure safe transportation between jobs
