About The Position

Throughout the course of your internship, you will learn how to:
Aid in data clean-up of masters royalty system
Assist the department with filing and organizing of royalty statements
Download royalty statements from source royalty portals
Prepare data to be imported into our royalty database
Liaise with third party sources to obtain royalty detail for relevant payments
General department assistance and additional projects as needed

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Extreme diligence with details and data entry
• Well organized and excels at task prioritization
• A willingness to work with numbers and technology
• Must have a strong interest in a career in the music industry, with an enthusiasm for music royalties/administration
• Preferably an upper classman who must be currently enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program OR graduated within the past 12 months
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be available at least 20 hours per week
