Learn more: jti.com Role: Permanent Location: Raleigh, NC Contact: Alfredo Laferte, Talent Attraction Expert RRP Manager Role purpose Develop the JTI Reduced Risk Products (RRP) Strategy with launch & deployment strategies for new RRP categories across the USA on Nicotine Pouches (NP) and the evolution of our existing E-Vapour (EV) strategy. Play a pivotal role in omnichannel portfolio management and develop consumer and trade activation deployment strategies to achieve the JTI LIGGETT objectives. Driving understanding of the RRP business dynamics by closely monitoring RRP categories performance, consumer knowledge building, industry insights tracking to recommend and develop brands, portfolio, pricing and communication strategies to support our USA Vision and growth ambitions in RRP.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • More than 5 years experience in Marketing, Strategic Insights or Trade marketing Roles ideally with RRP deployment experience.
  • Strong analytical skillset, launch strategies building combined with ability to connect the dots and in.terpret consumers.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

  • Build RRP Portfolio (range, pricing, brand positioning), Trade, Route to Market, omnichannel Route to Consumer, Activation and Digital strategies to drive category business ambitions for JTI LIGGETT in the US.
  • Develop & provide timely and effective business updates to relevant functions within JTI LIGGETT, Region and HQ.
  • Lead the development of RRP consumer insights, including RRP category forecasting and the monitoring and tracking of JTI and competitor performance.
  • Improve the understanding of pricing dynamics in the RRP business and lead the assessment and monitoring of the competitive landscape, including pricing, portfolio, online, route to market, route to consumer, and digital strategies, to ensure competitiveness.
  • Lead RRP brand deployment stategies reccomendations to achieve A&SP objectives in collaboration with relevant functions and drive the implementation of all programs within M&S functions.
  • Where applicable, lead the development and execution of above the line and below the line communication campaigns, including the development of creative content, alignment and follow up with media partners and agencies, tracking of KPI's and budget.
  • Drive holistic 360 launch plans development for new categories, reccomendations on geography, roll out phases, RTM, RTC ensuring coordination and alignment with regional functions, HQ M&S (if relevant) and Global Support functions.
  • Develop and manage key relationships with relevant internal stakeholders, marketing agencies and other external suppliers in order to effectively deliver brand programs.
  • Manage the responsible brand budget, ensure the maximum ROI for each project.
  • Review budget phasing throughout the year in line with Local/Global requirements, in close collaboration with Finance.
