Provide exceptional service while delivering and serving food quickly and accurately from kitchen to guest tables. Perform front-of-house duties that increase the efficiency and productivity of the front-of-house team for a restaurant, bar, and entertainment destination. Greet all guests at table and interact in a natural, friendly manner, cultivating regular and repeat business. Check food orders before serving to ensure they are correct and properly presented and that special requests have been met. Deliver food and beverages to table, pre-bus as necessary. Memorize menus and daily specials to announce food with clear descriptions to guests. Anticipate and respond to guest needs. Respond to guest concerns/complaints regarding food or service and correct errors or resolve complaints with a friendly, positive attitude. Maintain line of sight/atmosphere control by circulating through work area throughout shift. Adhere to quality expectations and standards, including clean and professional uniforms and personal appearance. Attend pre-shift meetings before each shift. Perform defined opening/running/closing duties. Ensure responsible alcohol service per local ordinance, alcohol awareness training and company policies. Maintain a clean and orderly food service environment during operation and at end of shift, following sanitation procedures required by health regulatory agencies, focusing on both public areas and back of house. Report any breakage or damage to equipment or furniture immediately to management. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to leadership. Follow and support brand standard operating procedures (SOPs). Perform other duties as assigned.
