About The Position

This role will oversee all aspects of the RV Park Operations and manage the team of Outbounders and guests who visit the RV park

Requirements

• 2+ years Prior RV Park Management experience
• Experience manage a team

Responsibilities

• Overseeing guest check‑ins, check‑outs, and reservations for RV sites
• Providing high‑quality customer service, answering questions, resolving issues, and maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Handling guest inquiries, providing resort and local attraction information, and responding promptly to complaints.
• Ensuring hospitality standards are maintained across all interactions.
• Conducts regular inspec5tions fo the RV sites facilitities, ublic areas to identify safety or maintenance issues, compliance with resort policies and local/state or federal regulations
• Supervising, training, scheduling and leading the team members who support the RV park and ensuring that the RV park grounds are kept clean and guests are taken care of and happy
