The RV Service Advisor acts as the liaison between the customer and Transwest when service is required. The Service Advisor meets with customers, listens to their concerns about their vehicle, suggests repair and maintenance services, sells new accessories or replacement parts as well as keeps the customer informed of the repair services progress. Service Advisors provide one consistent source of information for the client and free the technicians and Shop Foreman to perform their duties with minimal interruptions. Our goal is to serve our customers in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner.
