Middle Mile team at Amazon Transportation Services (ATS). As one of the most

The Safety Administrator will support ATS-RMC (Relay Marketplace Carriers)
Program Management team. The successful candidate will be highly organized,
extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, and demonstrate ability to respond
effectively to changing workloads and priorities. Must have the ability to
communicate well and to manage multiple assignments simultaneously.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional or military experience
• 1+ years of working with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience
• High school or equivalent
• Are 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

• Experience with end-to-end project management

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and high-volume data management.
• Gain and manage access to vendor work order portals in accordance with provided instructions.
• Utilize tracking sheets and portals to monitor project completion and progress.
• Conduct thorough reviews of weekly vendor reports to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Maintain comprehensive tracking records for all projects.
• Provide regular updates on project completion metrics to the Program Manager.
• Report any installation or vendor performance issues to the Program Manager.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate record-keeping in relevant administrative systems.
• Handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement within our processes and policies.
• Demonstrate a history of teamwork and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
• Be prepared to work overtime as needed to meet time-sensitive tasks.
