You’ll play a vital part in creating a safe and organized environment for both our employees and customers—especially in the parking lot and loading areas. Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to think critically and solve problems efficiently.
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong attention to safety protocols.
- Ability to interact with diverse groups and work well in a team setting.
- Capability to teach safety standards to others.
Responsibilities
- Set up clear and safe parking lot signage
- Pick and stage customer orders before arrival
- Direct traffic flow and manage parking zones
- Greet customers and guide them through the process
- Assist with loading large items through “team lift” support
- Maintain a safe environment for all team members and guests
- Communicate safety protocols and ensure they’re being followed
- Solve safety or traffic-related issues in real time
- Work outside, on your feet, in varying weather conditions
- Collaborate with teammates and jump in where needed
