About The Position

This position supports the Safety Department in coordinating daily departmental operations. The role ensures that instructions and directives from the Safety Department are clearly communicated to team members and executed accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner. The position also assists with monitoring equipment, promoting workplace safety, and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations. The individual must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, collaborate effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills and processes.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing, industrial, warehouse, or safety‑related environment preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of workplace safety practices and equipment operation.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness and ability to learn new skills, processes, and safety procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Ability to recognize safety concerns and escalate issues appropriately.
  • English skills are required. (This position requires the verbal and written understanding of the English language as it is necessary to effectively communicate with all levels of Team members.)
