Here are the details: We are seeking an individual who is extremely flexible, eager to tackle new challenges and comfortable working in an unconventional (but super fun) environment. This is an unarmed security position.
Requirements
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong observational and problem-solving skills
- Must have proven track record of personally providing excellent customer service
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions
- Must be able to obtain and maintain work cards required for this position at all times
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, including during late-night shifts
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Capable of working in various weather conditions
- Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations, which may include running, climbing stairs, kneeing, and/or moving through crowds.
- Must be able to perform the physical duties required to ensure the safety of guests and employees, including safely intervening in physical altercations when necessary.

Responsibilities
- Protect company assets, personnel, guests, and property from theft, vandalism, and other threats.
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas on foot to ensure a visible and proactive security presence.
- Evaluate incidents and determine the appropriate course of action in accordance with company policy and safety procedures.
- Respond promptly to alerts, emergencies, and incidents involving suspicious or unlawful activity.
- Investigate and document suspicious activities, accidents, or breaches of security.
- Report and track all incidents to management in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders, as needed.
- Provide assistance to employees and guests while ensuring company policies are upheld.
- Maintain a high level of visibility and professionalism at all times.
