Ensure compliance with SCE safety standard, handbook, and COSP Analyze safety data in various systems (Lytx, Geotab, Fleetio) Identify safety trends, incident reports, and processes to determine necessary corrective actions and/or training Compile and submit monthly safety deliverables to client Complete job behavior observations on field personnel within client contract and follow up with corrective actions as necessary Collaborate with team to identify unique safety challenges to the client and help develop appropriate trainings and/or processes to reduce future challenges Remain current with inspection processes and practices by performing regular field work as needed Support, actively participate, and act in accordance with Wright’s culture of safety and employee ownership Comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations; maintain knowledge of and follows all company policies and procedures Maintain regular and punctual attendance at work and meetings Other Duties: (Other nonessential duties that may be performed.) Position may require some outside travel During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster
