About The Position

Ensure full implementation and adherence to all safety, security and environmental policies throughout the station Enforce company policies and procedures in alignment with customer and regulatory expectations Maintain current and accurate customer airline manuals - both physical and digital - in accordance with regulatory and operational standards Communicate updates to manuals, procedures, and compliance requirements to operational personnel promptly and accurately Identify and report deficiencies in materials, documents, or processes that may affect the safety of personnel, aircraft, property, or station security Recommend process improvements that enhance safety, security, efficiency, or compliance Coordinate with HR and station leadership to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company documentation and regulatory requirements Training Administration Plan, schedule, and coordinate all operational training activities to support station needs and maintain consistent performance standards Implement local and customer-specific training procedures as required Identify training gaps and develop, deliver, or coordinate targeted training programs and materials Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential training records in accordance with company standards and audit requirements Administrative and Operational Support Prepare and maintain reports, ensuring timely submission of weekly updates and compliance documents Must be able to assist in Menzies SMART and OAL audits Assist with administrative functions, time and attendance tracking, and other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Advanced computer literacy with proficiency in standard Office software and digital systems
  • Valid U.S. driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening, background checks, and all required security clearances
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repetitively and work in various weather conditions
  • Must pass FBI background investigation and qualify for a U.S. Customs Seal
  • Ability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends, nights, and holidays
  • A minimum of six (6) months' experience working at an airport, with an airline or as an Operations Agent
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Ability to learn new information quickly and apply it effectively
  • Ability to interpret, understand, and carry out written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop effective working relationships at all levels
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Executes tasks thoroughly and accurately
  • Demonstrates the ability to motivate and guide team members
