About The Position

Sales Acceleration Analyst Inovio- Remote Inovio by North. A fully Integrated and scalable payment gateway. Job Summary: The Sales Acceleration Analyst will play a crucial role within the sales operation, primarily focused on optimizing the efficiency of every sales application submittal. This individual will monitor and manage applications through their entire process, serving as a liaison to track requests from the Underwriting (UW) team back to the sales team. A key function is to document these requests to build Merchant Category Code (MCC) specific best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with CRMs like Salesforce
  • Experience in payments processing industry is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal and external ISO’s underwriting teams to understand guidelines while relaying information in the underwriting matrix to the sales teams
  • Monitor each application submittal and track data on submittals, pending deals, and approval timelines
  • Use collected data to determine inconsistencies and develop best practices to propose to key stakeholders in the business
  • Identify scalable MCC codes as well as identify time-consuming MCCs
  • Work alongside the sales team and management to pinpoint trouble spots or opportunities with a specific MCC
  • When appropriate, work directly with the merchant to obtain the pends to have the ability to free up the sales person
  • Work alongside multiple parties, including but not limited to: sales employees, underwriting, North and its subsidiaries
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop pertinent vertical-specific marketing materials based on identified needs
  • Work alongside with multiple internal stakeholders to support various needs that may occur relating to the sales team
  • Present data to sales leadership in a clear and concise manner
