About The Position

The Account Manager builds and maintains long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. This role focuses on renewals, service delivery, and expanding customer value through collaboration and trust. The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-oriented, and passionate about supporting customers’ success.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a commercial role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
  • Build and sustain trusted, long-term relationships that promote retention and loyalty.
  • Manage renewal processes and ensure timely contract completion.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling existing accounts.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure the delivery of products and services that meet client expectations.
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve escalated issues efficiently and professionally.
  • Provide account status reports, renewal forecasts, and customer feedback to leadership.
