Job Purpose: To increase efficiency in the Home Rehab Coordination department by maintaining reports and making recommendations on areas of inefficiency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a sales analyst role
- Experience in handling performance metrics and reporting within a healthcare or home rehabilitation environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and report generation
- Familiarity with PowerBI for data visualization and insights
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field
- Experience with Brightree software for home health and hospice management
- Familiarity with PipeDrive CRM for sales tracking and management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Pull information related to performance metrics in the Home Rehab Coordination department.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update performance reports regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with team members to implement strategies for improving departmental efficiency.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making.
- Utilize MS Excel and PowerBI to create and manage comprehensive data reports.
- Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and incorporate them into the department's processes.
- Other related duties as assigned.
