About The Position

This is the operational backbone of our sales organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, you sit at the intersection of sellers, buyers, brokers, and leadership, ensuring conversations happen quickly, activity is tracked correctly, and deals don’t stall due to poor follow-through or bad data. You are not closing deals. You are making sure deals can close. If you thrive on structure, accountability, and execution, and take pride in being the person sales teams rely on, this role fits. If you want commissions or “selling vibes,” it does not.

Requirements

  • Strong phone presence and professional communication
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Comfortable enforcing process with confident salespeople
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Organized, deadline-driven, and calm under pressure
  • Previous administrative experience
  • A strong aptitude for quickly learning new systems
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Zoom and Teams

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound seller inquiries and lead assignments
  • Call qualified leads to confirm interest and schedule broker meetings
  • Maintain strict speed-to-lead standards
  • Confirm meetings, reduce no-shows, and track outcomes
  • Enforce CRM accuracy and follow-up when data is missing
  • Execute buyer blasts on behalf of brokers
  • Maintain buyer lists, NDAs, and status updates
  • Coordinate buyer inquiries and support broker follow-up
  • Ensure all buyer activity is accurately logged in HubSpot
  • Own day-to-day HubSpot cleanliness
  • Monitor stalled deals and incorrect stages
  • Support leadership reporting and funnel visibility
