About The Position

In this administrative role, you become the connective force that keeps sales operations seamless from end to end. Each day, you collaborate with vCIOs and Account Managers to craft accurate proposals, track progress, and coordinate vendor pricing. You place and monitor product orders, communicate delivery timelines to clients, and help the service team align installations. You schedule QBRs, support accounting with credit applications, assist marketing with CRM accuracy, and contribute to the rollout of our developing e-commerce platform. You also generate client reports, manage equipment inventories, and ensure documentation is always precise. Every detail you manage makes a tangible impact on our clients' experience and our team's success. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position, scheduled 8:00 am–5:00 pm.

Requirements

  • Technically literate; comfortable discussing IT hardware, software, and subscriptions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Must have the ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • A BS/BA in Business, Communications, IT, or related field
  • Experience supporting clients or teams in a technical environment
  • Familiarity with CRMs, vendor portals, or quoting tools
