The Sales Administrator supports the homebuilding sales operation by managing daily MLS activity, maintaining accurate sales data across systems such as JD Edwards and Pivotal CRM, and trains New Home Consultants on key CRM functions. This role reviews and processes sales contracts, selections, diagrams and bonuses while preparing contract packages for To‑Be‑Built and Quick Move-In homes. The Sales Administrator tracks missing documentation, monitors deposit schedules, processes cancellations and refunds, and compiles weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports. Additional responsibilities include producing CMAs for market research and appraisals, verifying and coding invoices, coordinating Quick Move-In home maintenance, maintaining office supplies, and providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing and the New Home Sales team to ensure efficient workflow and accurate data management.
