About The Position

We are searching for an organized Entry-level Sales Administrator that is in the early stages of their sales career and eager to learn. The person in this role would have a front row seat to our sales process through supporting our Chief Business Officer (CBO) in day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to create connections with clients, coordinate calendars, and create and manage sensitive documentation - you will actively contribute to the sales process!

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a tech sales role is a bonus
  • Ability to interface with high level executives from Fortune 500 companies
  • Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and dependable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CBO to support day-to-day sales operations
  • Help facilitate the sales process by interacting with potential clients, coordinating meetings and events, and building relationships
  • Ensure follow through on client-related tasks and next steps
  • Participate in client meetings and take notes during important meetings
  • Manage internal company documentation involved in the sales process such as proposals, quotes, and contracts
  • Coordinate meetings with internal teams
  • Assist in preparing weekly sales email updates
