Job Description Through observation and coaching, supports the development of tactics and resources to drive the successful execution of strategic priorities. Implements initiatives to grow revenue including acquisition, growth, retention, and cross-channel experiences. Consults and makes decisions with key stakeholders to improve sales and customer experience outcomes. Resolves more complex product and service related inquiries and issues and may participate in sales force goal setting and other related initiatives to support successful execution of business priorities Collaborates with management to support the delivery of a systematic approach to facilitate change management within the business from the perspective of the organization and on an individual level. Serves as subject matter resource and advocate representing the needs of the business segment, specialty segment or channel. May be called upon to provide subject matter expertise to operations, other support areas, or centers of expertise.
