About The Position

The Sales & Service Coordinator plays a vital leadership role in ensuring every family receives the GOLDEN experience at Goldfish Swim School - Marlborough. This position oversees front desk operations and sales efforts while supporting marketing initiatives that drive enrollment growth, community engagement, and brand visibility. This role serves as a primary point of contact for families, leading a team of Front Desk Representatives, supporting enrollment goals, and ensuring consistent execution of company policies and brand standards. The Sales & Service Coordinator works closely with leadership to deliver exceptional service, promote programs and events, and maintain operational excellence. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs.

Requirements

  • 21 years or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • Customer service, sales, administrative, or marketing experience required
  • Leadership or training experience strongly preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Experience with Salesforce, iClassPro, or CRM systems preferred
  • Financial accuracy and attention to detail
  • Creative, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Weekend availability required
  • CPR/AED, First Aid, and Lifeguard certification required within 90 days of hire

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist families via phone, email, text, and in-person interactions with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage class scheduling, payments, and member accounts using iClassPro
  • Track, nurture, and convert leads through Salesforce using timely follow-up and multiple touchpoints
  • Run accurate financial, sales, and attendance reports; ensure proper daily reconciliation
  • Train, coach, and conduct performance reviews for Front Desk Representatives
  • Coordinate, maintain, and update bulletin boards to reflect monthly programs, promotions, and themes
  • Plan, schedule, and assist with events, promotions, and community outreach initiatives
  • Support the utilization of social media platforms to promote programs and marketing initiatives
  • Participate in in-water training to strengthen program knowledge and sales confidence
  • Obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, AED, and Lifeguard certifications (training provided internally)
