About The Position
Overview FLEXIBLE SCHEDULES, FREE BLOWOUTS, PAID TRAINING, $15-20 per HOUR (comprised of GUARANTEED hourly wages and commissions- there's no ceiling!) We are looking for fantastic retail sales associates to provide excellent customer service to our clients.This is not your normal retail sales associate / customer service position. At Drybar, our retail receptionists are called Bartenders because that’s what they do – they tend to the social experience of our bar atmosphere. Requirements
- A great attitude, energy, and exceptional OVER-THE-TOP customer service!
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Drive, motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and FUN environment!
- Ability to work in an team-focused enviornment with an extended-family culture
- Ability to multitask and solve problems with ease
- Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration
- Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
- Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
- Experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment
