As a Sales Associate, you’ll combine engaging guest service with strong product knowledge to enhance each visitor’s experience while driving sales. What You’ll Do Greet guests in the sales and will-call areas Assist with ticket and tour purchases using POS systems Share information about the Observation Deck and visible NYC landmarks Promote exclusive offers, experiences, and branded merchandise Ensure guest safety and maintain smooth traffic flow Address guest questions and resolve concerns professionally Support special projects and assist leadership as needed What You Bring Friendly, confident, and professional presence Clear communication skills with the ability to speak effectively in busy environments Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfort learning ticketing and sales systems Prior attraction or observation deck experience is a plus Why This Role Matters As a Sales Associate, you’re more than a seller — you’re a brand ambassador for one of New York City’s most iconic attractions.
