About The Position

The Sales Associate will function as a member of the Retail Team and will
provide friendly and efficient service to Sight and Sound Theatre's guests and
employees in concessions, merchandise, and other areas of guest services.

• Willingness to work flexible hours: Friday evenings and Saturday's required.
• Excellent Communication Skills, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

• Strong team player with ability to make a great, positive, long lasting first impression.
• Minimum High School diploma and 6-months' work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Consistently practice "Outstanding" customer service with both external and internal guests.
• Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Assist in all areas of guest services as assigned, including, but not limited to Concessions, Retail, Almond Stations, Theater Carts, and Usher/Greeting.
• Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards, including all stocking responsibilities.
• Become fully competent with Point of Sale and inventory systems, including completing transactions quickly and accurately.
