- Prepare and review booking confirmations and itinerary details for accuracy
- Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the planning and booking process
- Provide follow-up support and assist with updates or changes to reservations
- Build long-term client relationships through professional service and attention to detail
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
