This is an inside sale, in-office position where personal accountability is a must. Our Sales Consultants excel at: Learning the green building industry and its exciting growth and sustainability, which can be used in LEED certifications, while keeping up on new products, services, and information for our customers. Increasing sales revenue to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs. Aggressively pursuing new leads and opportunities. Following up on quotes/leads and negotiating as needed. Maintaining customer files through proprietary CRM and software technologies. Engaging in training and business development programs to master sales techniques and skills. Connecting and networking with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers working on exciting commercial and residential projects, many of which are unique and progressive in nature. Managing and maintaining building sales in a fast-paced environment.
