About The Position

Horizon Commercial Pools is a growing and respected commercial swimming pool company. We’re looking for an experienced Sales Consultant who knows the aquatics industry and enjoys building lasting customer relationships. In this role, you’ll grow sales within your territory while serving as a trusted advisor to customers who rely on your expertise. It’s a hands-on, relationship-driven role that blends consultative selling, account management, and real-world product support.

  • Experience in the aquatic industry

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, consulting, or a related role.
  • CPO or AFO certification.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to frequently lift, push, or pull objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform repetitive movements, including bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultative sales and education to customers within your assigned territory.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through regular visits and ongoing communication.
  • Source and develop new customer opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
  • Manage customer order intake, including quoting chemicals, parts, and equipment.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry product shows and events.
  • Deliver products as needed and support customers with product-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, quotes, and correspondence.
  • Manage your pipeline of opportunities, including renovation and finishing projects while reducing attrition of your book of business
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
