About The Position

Crain Hyundai of Fort Smith is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for automotive sales, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process and helping them find the perfect Hyundai to meet their needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Proficient with computers and basic software applications.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
  • Explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranty programs.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai products, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to meet dealership sales goals.
  • Complete all required paperwork accurately and timely.
