As we continue to expand throughout the state, we're looking for high-quality people to grow with us by joining our Sales & Customer service team. We’re hiring Sales / Customer Service Representatives to join a disciplined, high-standards team built on: Clear frameworks Relentless execution of fundamentals Ongoing coaching and call reviews Objective performance measurement This is an inbound, office-based sales role in Madison, WI. What You’ll Do Handle inbound phone calls and emails from customers requesting moving estimates Lead structured sales conversations using our proven call framework (we train you) Ask strong questions, build value, present price confidently, and close Follow up with unscheduled leads Participate in regular call monitoring, reviews, and coaching sessions Continuously improve by mastering the fundamentals of great sales calls What qualities are we looking for Coachable & feedback-driven You don’t take feedback personally - you use it to get better.
