Requirements

The ability to build relationships, confidence & trust with customers
Conducting in-home design consultations to identify the right product to match the customer's personal style, functional needs, and budget
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Result driven and competitive
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Familiarity with multiple technology platforms and software, such as Outlook, PDF files, CRM, and online resources, as well as comfortable using an iPad.
Able to handle and transport materials and samples and sample books.
The ability to lift up to 30 pounds is essential.

Nice To Haves

Experience in window treatments and/or interior design a plus or sales experience for other home improvement/design product lines

Responsibilities

Ability to comprehend needs of client and create estimates based on needs and budgets.
Precisely measure, quote and document detailed specifications throughout the sales process.
Forge close partnerships with the sales team, workroom, client services, and leadership to ensure seamless exceptional results.
Taking ownership of your accounts to guarantee satisfaction and addressing any concerns that may arise.
