As a Sales Development Representative, you are the first human connection for leaders seeking real change. Your role is to show up with presence, curiosity, and discipline, creating space for honest, high-level conversations that lead to clarity and momentum. This isn’t about pushing outcomes or chasing quick wins; it’s about asking sharp questions, listening deeply, and guiding the right people toward the next step with confidence and care. Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking with founders and executives running $10M–$50M+ businesses
  • Confident, composed, and credible in high-level conversations
  • Passionate about business, strategy, and continuous learning
  • Experience in SDR, setter, client intake, or consultative sales roles
  • Values structure, accountability, and clean systems
  • Coachable, growth-oriented, and aligned with a mission-driven organization

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to private equity, consulting, or institutional sales is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage warm inbound leads via phone, SMS, and email
  • Lead structured discovery conversations focused on business goals, challenges, and readiness
  • Ask sharp, thoughtful questions that help founders articulate what success looks like
  • Qualify prospects for alignment, decision-making ability, and growth stage
  • Schedule high-quality conversations for the Closer team
  • Maintain clean CRM notes, follow-ups, and pipeline organization
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and improve lead quality
  • Participate in daily huddles, coaching, and continuous training
