This role focuses on proactive outbound prospecting, using research, strategic outreach, and personalized messaging to engage prospective clients and schedule meetings for the outside sales team. The SDR works closely with sales and marketing partners to identify target accounts, initiate meaningful conversations with key stakeholders, and drive pipeline growth through consistent outreach, relevance, and strong communication. Experience within healthcare, senior living, or post-acute care environments is highly valued, enabling the SDR to quickly understand the operational priorities and decision-making structures within hospitals, health systems, and senior living communities. The role requires the ability to effectively engage leaders such as Executive Directors, Administrators, Nursing Leadership, and Facilities Leaders with messaging aligned to key industry priorities, including resident and patient satisfaction, staffing and labor challenges, regulatory compliance, and financial performance.
