Block Renovation is rebuilding the $500B+ renovation industry. We’ve built a nationwide platform that connects customers with high-quality contractors and makes renovation more transparent and scalable. We’re now expanding into small commercial and tenant improvement projects, partnering with franchise brands, restaurant groups, and other multi-location businesses to support new buildouts across the country. The Role We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help launch Block’s outbound commercial sales motion. This role is focused on high-volume cold outreach to multi-location brands, with the goal of booking qualified meetings for our commercial sales team. This is an ideal role for someone early in their sales career who’s hungry to learn, comfortable on the phone, and excited to build real outbound fundamentals in a fast-paced environment.
