About the position

Bullseye Strategy is looking for a Sales Development Representative who is passionate about generating new business for our digital marketing services. You'll work closely with our CEO, building a robust sales pipeline, prospecting and qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings. Responsibilities

  • Identify the right contacts at target accounts or companies that fit our ideal customer profile.
  • Reach out to prospects, build relationships, and set meetings.
  • Be comfortable with cold outreach and seeking warm introductions through your network.
  • Attend local and national events to generate leads.
  • Set ambitious goals and be willing to do everything necessary to achieve them.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Meet and exceed targets tied to outbound activity, qualified meetings set, and pipeline fulfillment.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of professional experience in sales.
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, ready to challenge the status quo.
  • Ambitious, adaptable, and eager to learn, with a confident approach to engaging with clients and prospects to secure new business.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills; a great communicator in every medium.
  • Experience in the digital marketing and/or technology industry within a high-paced, rapid growth environment.
  • Experience with cold calling and prospecting for clients, comfortable speaking with key stakeholders and C-level executives.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and client-facing, able to make a great first impression and build trust over the phone.
  • Exceptional follow-up, attention to detail, and a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in SEO, Paid Search, and Content Marketing.
  • Experience using HubSpot CRM.
