GPRS Core Values: Integrity Teamwork Mutual Respect Growth Mindedness Safety Job Summary: The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for prospecting and generating new business opportunities through outbound phone calls, emails, and other outreach channels. The primary objective is to qualify leads and set up meetings with potential clients for the sales team. This role is essential to the success of the sales process and will require a combination of excellent communication skills, perseverance, strong organizational abilities, and a goal-oriented mindset. Job Goals: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Create meeting opportunities with: New prospect companies and new contacts within those companies. Existing customers by engaging new contacts, offices, or teams within those organizations. Dormant customers by re-engaging contacts, offices, or companies that have been inactive for 2+ years. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and develop strategic plans to target new market segments. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
