About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sales Director Online - REMOTE. In this role, you will lead the performance marketing efforts to drive significant growth from €80 million to over €500 million. You'll have full responsibility for the performance marketing function, managing 5 high-performance teams and ensuring that they are empowered to achieve excellence. Your strategic vision and quick execution will be essential in identifying and leveraging growth opportunities, utilizing data-driven insights while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration within your teams.

Responsibilities

  • Build and lead 5 high-performance teams: Meta, SEA, CRM, Marketplace, and Onsite.
  • Take ownership of P&L for various brand shops and marketplace business to maximize ROI.
  • Transform and operationalize brands within their CI to achieve growth.
  • Drive the creative engine and develop testing roadmaps for effective media buying.
  • Ensure technical and strategic ownership of the online sales and performance marketing area.
  • Implement AI tools and automations to enhance team efficiency and results.
  • Utilize the organizational matrix to pool resources effectively to meet growth goals.
