Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills suitable for virtual interactions with diverse personas.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or sales management in complex selling environments.
  • Proficient in recognized sales methodologies and coaching frameworks.
  • Ability to influence and engage with various personalities and work at all organizational levels.
  • Strong alignment skills, capable of achieving consensus and executing on strategies.
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on outcomes.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and mentoring that incorporates sales strategy and proven sales methodology.
  • Build and implement annual and quarterly enablement strategies by assessing needs with key stakeholders.
  • Make data-driven decisions to identify learning gaps and enhance productivity through coaching plans.
  • Align with leadership on strategy and focus areas to achieve buy-in around execution.
  • Work with sellers to provide feedback and identify improvement areas through various coaching methods.
  • Organize and evaluate sales readiness assessments.
  • Facilitate one-on-one and group coaching sessions, virtually or in person, to drive continual learning.
  • Ensure consistency in methodology and identify opportunities for content improvement.
  • Collaborate with leaders to establish processes that reinforce key learnings.
  • Communicate enablement strategies and reports continuously to sales managers.
