We’ve started by reimagining the enterprise customer experience with a support use case. We believe that today’s support experience is broken: slow and painful for customers, and expensive and human capital intensive for companies. We are building Maven to deliver better, cheaper support, for both end users and agents. With recent advancements in Generative AI, it is now possible to deliver delightful customer experiences at a fraction of today’s cost. As Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success. Your mission: help our revenue team win more deals, faster — with clarity, confidence, and consistency. You’ll build the enablement foundation from the ground up while staying hands-on with reps, deals, and real customer conversations.

Requirements

  • 4–8+ years in sales enablement, sales ops, product marketing, or quota-carrying sales
  • Experience in B2B SaaS (AI / data / dev tools experience is a plus)
  • Strong understanding of modern sales motions (PLG, enterprise, hybrid)
  • Ability to turn complex products into simple, compelling narratives
  • Comfortable building from scratch in a fast-changing environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Data-informed, but not data-paralyzed
  • Empathetic coach who earns trust with sales teams

Responsibilities

  • Own onboarding and ongoing enablement for Sales and Sales Engineering
  • Develop and maintain core sales assets (pitch decks, demos, battlecards, talk tracks, case studies)
  • Partner with Product and Marketing to translate product updates into clear, compelling sales messaging
  • Enable reps to sell AI value effectively (outcomes, ROI, trust, and differentiation)
  • Design and run training sessions (live, async, and just-in-time)
  • Analyze sales performance and identify enablement gaps across the funnel
  • Support new product launches and pricing/packaging changes
  • Establish enablement metrics and continuously iterate based on what works
  • Act as the voice of the field — bringing deal insights back to Product and Marketing
