Our U100 Group Benefits business is one of the fastest-growing segments in the company, and we’re expanding our sales team to meet increasing demand from small employers across Carlsbad / San Diego / Imperial, CA. We’re looking for a Sales Executive who enjoys relationship-based selling, values autonomy, and is motivated by both growth and earning potential—while representing a brand that carries real credibility in the market. Requirements

  • 2–5 years of insurance or related sales experience, with group benefits or agency exposure preferred
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with team and business goals
  • Comfort conducting high-volume virtual sales conversations
  • Organized, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach to selling
  • Must reside within the Carlsbad / San Diego / Imperial, California market
  • Accident, Health & Life Insurance license required (or obtained within first three months)

Responsibilities
