In this job you are primarily responsible for: Driving Territory Results: Using in-depth market knowledge and effective sales strategies to meet customer needs and deliver exceptional experiences Business Coaching: Coaching agents on aspects of business management to evolve with customer demands and meet their business objectives Agent Placement and Development: Overseeing the process of strategically placing and developing agents to maximize market opportunities Location: Pittsburgh Northeast The Pittsburgh Northeast Sales Territory covers communities north and east of the City of Pittsburgh, including a mix of established neighborhoods, growing suburbs, and small-town corridors. The area offers a strong quality of life with four seasons, easy access to parks and trails, and beautiful destinations along the rivers. Pittsburgh is known for its professional sports, museums, music, and a restaurant scene that continues to grow. For families and professionals, the region is also attractive for its affordability, shorter commutes compared to many major metros, and access to respected colleges and universities (Pittsburgh University, Duquesne University, and Carnegie Mellon to name a few). From an economic standpoint, the Pittsburgh area is anchored by major employers in health care, education, technology, financial services, and advanced manufacturing.
