Sales Leader – Farmers Insurance Job Type: Full-Time, Independent Contractor (1099) Compensation: Commission-Only + Performance Bonuses Capital Reserve Required This is not an entry-level sales job. Under the guidance of District Manager Stetson Smith, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and long-term growth support as you work toward agency ownership and leadership. This role is best suited for individuals who want control, ownership, and long-term upside, not a traditional job. What This Role Really Is As a Sales Leader, you are building your own insurance business from the ground up. This is a long-term career investment, not a quick-win sales role.
