You’ll work within a true team-based sales environment, partnering closely with engineering, operations, and service. While you own your territory quota, you’re fully supported every step of the way. As a Sales Manager, you will be essential in providing leadership of the ALC Sales Team. This person will lead a team of outside & inside sales professionals, oversee sales activities and ensuring short to medium term objectives and goals for teams are met. Develops outside sales plans in support of the discipline and influences leadership on critical outside sales strategies. Leads new business development efforts through direct interaction with clients and consultant partners.
