The Ecommerce & International Sales Manager is responsible for leading and growing eCommerce accounts and international distribution partnerships. This role focuses on building scalable, growth-oriented relationships across established and emerging eCommerce platforms while managing execution and performance across assigned accounts. The position leverages real-time market trends to monitor sales and listing performance and ensure effective, profitable account execution. Success in this role is driven through leadership and close collaboration with account representatives, vendor managers, planners, and site merchandising teams, as well as oversight of vendor portals and account execution requirements. The Ecommerce & International Sales Manager manages and develops strong customer relationships, drives profitable sales growth, and exceeds defined sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role partners closely with product, marketing, and supply chain teams to translate customer insights into improved sales performance, expand distribution through strategic product placement, identify new business opportunities, and grow market reach by onboarding new international and channel-specific customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
  • 3–5 years of sales management experience
  • 5–7+ years of sales experience, consumer products preferred (sporting goods a plus)
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop results-driven sales initiatives
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics across sales channel
  • Experience managing complex customer relationships and standards
  • Demonstrated forecasting, planning, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time‑management skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, gross margin, and growth objectives
  • Develop annual sales plans, forecasts, and account strategies aligned with company goals
  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer data to deliver expected results and identify growth opportunities
  • Drive distribution expansion through strategic product placement initiatives within existing accounts
  • Identify and onboard new customers and channel‑specific opportunities
  • Advise and align sales representatives in association with company standards
  • Consistently monitor POS performance and sales activity
  • Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and selling excellence
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and strategic accounts
  • Partner with customers to understand needs, challenges, and growth opportunities
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and issue resolution
  • Lead in key customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations
  • Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to support sales execution and meet customer standards
  • Communicate customer insights to influence product development, assortment, and marketing initiatives
  • Support new product launches, promotions, and go‑to‑market strategies
  • Provide sales forecasts for portfolio of business
  • Monitor performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Prepare and present regular sales updates to leadership
