About The Position

Sales Manager, Energy Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Manager to drive business growth. This is a client-facing role ideal for a professional who excels at building relationships and closing deals. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in the commercial vehicle and energy storage markets, turning prospects into long-term partners. Essential Duties: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the US market for LFP battery systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients; conduct engaging product presentations and build strong, trust-based relationships. Own full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and handoff to delivery. Build and maintain a 12–18 month opportunity pipeline with forecast accuracy Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through aggressive pipeline management. Understand customer needs and provide tailored energy solutions; bridge the gap between technical specs and client business goals. Support pricing strategy, proposals, and commercial negotiations Coordinate closely with engineering and product teams on customer requirements and solution feasibility Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of successful sales experience
  • Experience selling technical or engineered products (energy, automotive, industrial equipment, or similar)
  • Proven track record of closing mid- to large-scale B2B deals
  • Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong financial acumen (margins, pricing structures, ROI discussions)
  • Superior relationship-building skills; able to connect with diverse clients and navigate complex negotiations with ease.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong desire to succeed and earn performance-based incentives.
  • Maintains a high standard of professional conduct and appearance in all client interactions.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and presenting technical products to non-technical audiences.
