About The Position

This role is ideal for a dynamic sales leader who thrives on coaching, operational excellence, and revenue growth. You will lead a team of 6–9 Group Sales Coordinators, managing the end-to-end group booking process for inbound B2C leads while ensuring consistency, high performance, and exceptional customer experiences. The position requires balancing team development with hands-on execution, fostering collaboration across Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and other internal stakeholders. You will optimize processes, track key performance metrics, and implement strategies that drive business outcomes. Requirements

  • 1+ years managing direct reports in a sales leadership capacity, preferably in inbound sales, SaaS, tech, or hospitality.
  • 3–7 years of relevant sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across teams and with external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data to optimize processes and drive results.
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality, customer-centric outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Group Sales Coordinators to achieve departmental revenue goals and career growth objectives.
  • Own the full group booking process, ensuring operational accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction from first contact through check-in.
  • Drive revenue and growth through data-driven strategies, identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and other teams to enhance strategies and outcomes.
  • Implement performance tracking and reporting, monitor team metrics, and proactively address areas for improvement.
  • Inspire and engage the team through mentoring, performance incentives, contests, and team-building initiatives.
  • Resolve escalations, manage complex bookings, and maintain high service standards across all group sales operations.
