Your Role at Baxter THIS IS WHERE you build trust to achieve results… As a Strategic Sales Manager you will be focused on advancing our Vision Screening & Diagnostics market presence within the Baxter - Front Line Care business unit. This individual will be focused specifically on Vision products, including RetinaVue & Spot Vision Screener and must display an entrepreneurial spirit. This individual will be tasked to achieve and assigned sales goals by identifying, developing, and closing profitable business opportunities with new and existing payers, mobile, emerging markets, and strategic accounts within the Northeast US region. This role includes identifying new markets potential, negotiating, and closing opportunities, while delivering clinical and operational outcomes. Collaboration in a matrixed sales organization, leveraging cross business unit communication and resources. Home Base/Territory: Dallas / Ft Worth Market Travel: Travel within region up to 75%, overnights as needed Your Team We embrace opportunities to connect with the doctors and nurses that use our products every day to save and sustain lives.
