Requirements
- 1–2 years of sales experience (fitness preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask and work independently
Responsibilities
- Drive lead outreach, conversion, and membership sales
- Greet and connect with members and prospects
- Give studio tours and follow up with leads
- Support marketing and community outreach events
- Help achieve monthly sales and KPI goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member concerns
