About The Position

To support our growing business, Sharp Electronics is looking for a Selling Sales Manager to increase sales in our Business Systems division. We are currently hiring for opportunities in our Falls Church area sales office. As the Selling Sales Manager, you are the driving force behind our sales team, ensuring both you and your team surpass targets and deliver exceptional results through your individual and team sales efforts. Your primary responsibility is to set up and achieve individual and team sales quotas, while also collaborating with the leadership team to execute winning business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associates degree desired.
  • 3-5 years of relentless B2B sales experience in the technology sector.
  • Mastery of MS Office applications and virtual meeting platforms to help assertive sales discussions.
  • Ability with Salesforce.com or similar CRM systems, enabling assertive management of sales activities and pipelines.
  • Possession of a valid US driver’s license and dependable transportation, essential for achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Solutions-oriented with adept complex problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience creating and delivering professional sales presentations.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling document technology services and solutions preferred.
  • Demonstrated enterprise selling skills at senior levels, engaging with key decision-makers (C-level corporate managers).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives to exceed revenue targets.
  • Recruit top talent, provide comprehensive training, and foster continuous development within the sales team.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to perfect performance and achieve sales quotas.
  • Set clear and aggressive personal contribution targets to drive individual success.
  • Establish a rigorous weekly pipeline cadence to drive accountability and execution of daily sales activities.
  • Partner with branch specialists and service technicians to ensure unparalleled client satisfaction.
  • Provide constructive written feedback to the sales team, offering clear direction for improvement and recovery actions.
  • Resolve client sales requests through innovative problem-solving, developing tailored solutions, and delivering impactful recommendations.
  • Empower the team through sales enablement tools and education to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Continuously enhance your own professional and technical knowledge through educational webinars and cultivating social-selling networks to maximize sales meeting opportunities.
  • Deliver sales quotas, activities, and provide compelling personal and team results to the marketplace GM/GSM.
