About The Position

Are you a driven leader with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in car sales? Ferman Volvo of Tarpon Springs a trusted and growing dealership, is looking for a Sales Manager to take our new vehicle department to the next level! Responsibilities: Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals. Manage inventory, pricing, merchandising, and reconditioning processes. Appraise trade-ins and ensure profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction. Train, coach, and develop sales staff to maximize performance. Work closely with F&I, service, and marketing departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain high standards of professionalism, integrity, and compliance with all regulations. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of automotive sales management experience. Strong understanding of vehicle operations, inventory management, and desking deals. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals. Proficiency with CRM systems and dealership software (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, VAuto). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be able to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test. Requirements
